Using the power of breath, sound, movement, and stillness, Chloe creates space for her students to experience the many shapes of their bodies, the sensations of prana, and the intimacy of connection to self and others. She helps her students explore balance and strength, both mentally and physically, using the practices and mythologies of yoga to rewire the brain and body for resilience. Her classes offer students an ever-growing toolbox of skills that increase cognitive performance, calm the nervous systems, and develop pathways to the meditative mind. Chloe is an ally in growth and expansion, offering her personal pursuit of the meditative mind and the enlivened body as an expression of love. All flourishing is mutual, may our practice bring joy, passion, and freedom for ourselves and for everyone around us.Chloe is a co-founder of Cascadia Forest Therapy, a certified medical support hypnotherapist, sound therapy practitioner, and teacher/student of meditation. She integrates philosophical animism with studentship of modern neuroscience research to create spaces where people can experience their true nature- connected and constantly changing.
