Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Thita's yoga journey began at age 15 as a way to reconnect with her body and mind through movement. With her diverse background in art, UX Design, and cross-cultural experience, she brings a creative and empathetic lens to her teaching. She balances structure with flow, curiosity with grounding, and uses the breath as her constant guide.
After completing her first 200-hour yoga teacher training with Kriyoga Asia in Bangkok, she moved to New York to pursue a Master's in Strategic Design. Now based in Seattle, Thita recently deepened her practice with another 200-hour teacher training in 2024 at Mind.Body.Hum.
Her classes weave together mindful movement, emotional awareness, and self-inquiry. Inspired by her own journey of healing, transition, and growth, Thita creates space for students to listen inward, explore their breath, and approach meditation in a way that feels personal and adaptable. She helps students feel safe in both effort and ease.
She is also part of the trauma-informed yoga program at the Seattle Vet Center, offering accessible and grounding practices for veterans. Through all her classes, Thita reminds students that yoga is a way to return to themselves and gently shift their mindset toward clarity, confidence, and care.
