Traditional Reiki Level 1 Certification for Self-Healing

Elevate your vibration. Learn how to harness the healing power that exists within through this series spanning 21-days. This class will include the history and principles of this Japanese form of energy healing as well as an attunement ritual that aligns you (your physical body) with the universal energy and provides practices to aid in self-healing.

Why 3 weeks?
Offered as a training in two parts over a 3-week period, this format allows students to incorporate the teachings and integrate them in their lives throughout the 21-day rooting process. I walk side-by-side on this journey of the 21-day integration offering guidance and mentorship throughout this transformational process. Ample time is given to questions and hands-on practice.

This training provides a strong foundation for introduction to energy basics and healing techniques through the lens of traditional Usui Reiki. Students will learn about the origins of Reiki through study of its history and founding principles. Students will receive their first Reiki Level 1 attunement through ritual to align their physical body with this energy and explore self healing. Students will receive the first two reiki symbols to aid with energy exploration. Students will learn and practice techniques including opening space, grounding, and shielding to create a safe and sacred container to explore and experience Reiki with the highest good and intentions. Students will be given the opportunity to practice on themselves and one another - and invited to open a dialogue with curiosity about the sensations, experiences, and questions that arise throughout this process. We will also delve into some of the scientific basis for energy balancing and healing as well as sit in the mystery of its magic.

Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of this training
