Join Teigh McDonogh-Gilson and Nina Park for a two-hour Extended Reiki & Sound Bath healing experience, which aims to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, as well as pain and tension relief.

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality wherein the practitioner channels 'Universal Life Force” energy through their heart and hands, harmonizing the body, mind and spirit. Reiki clears energy blocks and limitations from your consciousness. Our Reiki healer, Teigh will balance the energy flow in the body and guide you through a dream-like meditation through each chakra - opening with an invocation, light kriyas, and intention setting. This unique Reiki healing session brings in meditative guidance, affirmative prayer, and imagery. At the conclusion of this segment, all blocked energy passages would be cleared allowing for free flow of ki.

Nina Park will reinforce the restorative qualities of the Reiki session by guiding you through a soothing Sound Bath Voice Glow Experience, where the therapeutic sounds of Nina Park's vocals accompanied by singing bowls - Master-quality® Himalayan and quartz crystal along with other instruments will envelop you in a meditative state. Feel the vibrations resonate through your body, releasing tension, and promoting a sense of inner peace.

Meet the Facilitators:
Teigh is a Licensed Spiritual Therapist through Agape Spiritual Center where she has led numerous meditation, visioning and affirmative prayer workshops. She has taught group classes in meditation, yoga, dance and fitness for over 20 years. She also counsels individuals for all life issues utilizing Spiritual principles and practices and does one on one reiki healing sessions. Teigh is also a certified Pre-natal and meditation instructor through Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. Teigh was the founder of Swerve Studio and the revolutionary program Yoga Booty Ballet (which brought together spirituality and fitness) and is the featured instructor in over 20 YBB DVD’s including a meditation CD and pre-natal program. She brings humor and love to all her classes and workshops and truly believes in the healing and transformative power of meditation, reiki, visioning, movement, intention and prayer.

Sound Bath Practitioner/Alchemist, Nina Park is a dedicated Yoga teacher and student who studies with Bernd Windhofer - pupil of A.G. Mohan, a direct disciple of Tirumalai Krishnamacharia (aka "the father of modern yoga"). Nina is a martial artist and former K-Pop recording artist, songwriter and music producer - opening for Mariah Carey and starring in her own reality TV show in Seoul, Korea. Classically trained, Nina performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and Steinway Hall. Her vast knowledge in Western music theory and her musicality helps her craft specific harmonic overtones to create energetic renewal for the receiver. Nina's 'Sound Bath Voice Glow' delivers vibrational healing through her singing voice, quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls (Master-quality®), and other instruments collected from around the world.
